Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager III to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration within the Neuromodulation portfolio across a diverse healthcare landscape in the United States. You will partner with physicians, staff, and clinicians to advance Abbott therapies, while navigating a matrixed environment and delivering patient-focused solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel up

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of successful sales experience, strong preference within medical device industry.
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.

Responsibilities

Identifies strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers that restrict growth.
Integrates into accounts, builds trust, and establishes strong rapport with new and existing customers, KOLs, and industry leaders.
Generate additional sales revenue in assigned region by initiatives to increase referrals of eligible patients.
Trains new Territory Managers and supports team development.
Coordinates implanting schedules and collaborates with Clinical Specialists.
