Job summary

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager (TBM) to support the Neurology Franchise in the United States. The TBM will work with the established Neurology TBM team to drive launches, demand generation, and customer engagement with healthcare professionals and specialty providers in the assigned geography.

The role requires field-based collaboration, travel, strong sales acumen, and a patient-first mindset. Candidates must reside in the Houston, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas area and be able to

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree required.
• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Adept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partners.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Experienced in product launches.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays.
• Territory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch priorities.
• Collaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagement.
• Communicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staff.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectives.
• Effective utilization of market tools and resources.
• Timely submission of account plans and activity including CRM.
• Adhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messages.
