Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Network Project Analyst to join our Business Analysis team as a remote employee traveling ~20% across Europe. You will analyze and optimize IT-enabled business processes and lead requirements gathering with business users.

You will define project scope, milestones, budgets, and end-to-end delivery while coordinating with Infrastructure Engineers and vendors. The role requires hands-on networking knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, Wi‑Fi APs, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panduit cabling.
• Experience in running RFP processes and selecting solution providers.
• Demonstrated project management abilities including end-to-end delivery and change management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
• Lead requirements gathering and collaborate closely with business users to identify needs and define solutions.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including site decommissioning, relocations, and greenfield site buildouts.
• Partner with Infrastructure Engineers to develop and review network designs and documentation.
• Conduct policy audits and ensure compliance with SBD standards across all sites.
• Work with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and deliver clear documentation and training materials to support business and IT teams.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to implement standardized IT infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
