The position requires Salesforce Admin experience, Jira/MS DevOps, Azure Integration Services, and strong SDLC knowledge; you will guide testing, documentation, and deployment while ensuring budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 6–8 years.
• 4+ years Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud admin/configuration.
• Experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Telephony tools (Five9, Vonage) with CTI.
• Jira or MS DevOps.
• Azure Integration Services.
• Cloud/SaaS/IaaS/PaaS infra knowledge.
• Web and mobile technologies.
• SDLC knowledge: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and lead creation of software solutions.
• Prepare BPM workflows and system diagrams for problem analysis.
• Prepare design docs ensuring requirements are met.
• Design and document software per SBD-IT standards.
• Lead testing activities and guide configuration and coding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate changes with users.
• Assist end users in acceptance testing.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve incidents.
• Ensure execution plan stays on budget and schedule.
• Coordinate deployment with architecture, infra, and release teams.
• Develop operating procedures and user manuals.
• Build knowledge bases; transfer tacit knowledge to vendors.
