Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Network Engineer to design and maintain our global network infrastructure. This remote role focuses on monitoring performance, traffic, and security while quickly resolving issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will implement and manage firewalls and VPNs, upgrade devices, and keep up-to-date topology diagrams and security protocols. A technology-related degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong MS 365 knowledge useful for supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec and SSL VPN.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure across the organization.
• Monitor performance, traffic and security; proactively resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance bottlenecks and outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage firewalls and VPNs to protect systems and data.
• Upgrade hardware, firmware, and configurations for reliability.
• Maintain clear topology diagrams and security protocols.
