Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our network infrastructure across multiple locations in the US. The role focuses on reliability, performance, and security for critical business operations.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IPsec and SSL VPN, while maintaining comprehensive network documentation and security best practices. A technology-related degree and practical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing and network security.
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and monitoring tools in enterprise environments.
Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and recent hands-on experience supporting businesses.

Responsibilities

Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure across the organization.
Monitor network performance, traffic, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, bottlenecks, and outages to minimize downtime.
Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security tools.
Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations for reliability.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols.
