Job summary

Logivision Technologies seeks a hands‑on Engineer / Project Technician to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot client IT environments. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deploy infrastructure projects, support managed services, and resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate will deploy firewalls, VPNs, servers, and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with clients to manage expectations throughout projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical project implementation.
• Strong TCP/IP networking, firewall and VPN knowledge.
• Experience supporting onsite and remote users.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and network equipment.
• Install and maintain FortiGate, Sophos, Ubiquiti, Peplink/Pepwave, and other networking solutions.
• Configure VLANs, firewall rules, remote access, and site‑to‑site connectivity.
• Perform structured cabling, rack organization, patch panel installation, and network closet improvements.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and VoIP phones for clients.
• Lead or assist with customer onboarding and infrastructure upgrades.
• Create technical documentation and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, ISPs, and software providers.
