Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Network Engineer to design, monitor, and maintain our organizational network infrastructure. You will ensure performance and security across the environment, troubleshoot outages, and manage VPNs and security tools.

You will also be responsible for upgrading hardware and maintaining topology diagrams and documentation, with a focus on reliability and proactive issue resolution. This role offers remote work with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization.
• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
• Toubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtime.
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and data.
• Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols.
