Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite (or similar ERP) for inventory/receiving.
• Proficiency with Slack and spreadsheet software for logs.
• Strong understanding of REV-level inventory tracking.
• Persistent, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to administrative accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming shipments into NetSuite accurately and promptly.
• Ensure 3PL compliance with Harbinger's receiving SOPs and document discrepancies.
• Maintain REV-level inventory control for exact product tracking.
• Inspect inbound shipments against packing slips, POs and counts.
• Identify and clear backlog of missed receipts to current records.
• Log receiving issues via the internal error log and Slack channels.
• Collaborate with purchasing/warehouse/vendors to resolve errors and improve processes.
