Job summary

Harbinger Motors in Garden Grove, CA seeks an Off-Site Receiving Specialist (Contract) to manage remote inventory operations. You will enter data in NetSuite, maintain strict REV-level controls, and aggressively clear backlogs while documenting and resolving inbound shipping errors.

You will work with 3PLs, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving and continuous process improvements. Strong attention to detail and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite (or similar ERP) for inventory or receiving modules.
• Proficiency with Slack and spreadsheets for tracking logs.
• Strong revision level (REV) inventory tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming shipments into NetSuite accurately and promptly.
• Ensure 3PL provider adheres to receiving SOPs and communicates discrepancies.
• Maintain REV-level inventory control for exact product tracking.
• Inspect shipments against packing slips, POs, and counts for accuracy.
• Identify and clear backlog of missed receipts to update records.
• Log errors in the receiving log and communicate via Slack channels.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and vendors to resolve errors.
• Drive process improvements to reduce future receiving errors.
