Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory records at our Garden Grove facility. You will support production control with material moves and help prepare shipments while using ERP/WMS systems where applicable.

The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds (occasional 50 pounds), the ability to move about a busy warehouse, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Shift 2: 4:00pm–12:30am in California.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience supporting warehouse and production functions in a high paced org (auto/aerospace).
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Lifting up to 25 lb, occasional 50 lb.
• Walk/stand/crouch/bench/kneel/lift/carry/reach in large or tight spaces.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to create work instructions.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring materials, parts, and products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Support all activities related to inbound shipments, to include unloading deliveries from trailers to the dock (using a hand truck and/or forklift), handling heavy equipment unloads, segregating inbound material into direct and indirect categories, and staging of material within the facility in support of all external teams.
• Support the Production Control team with material moves in support of quality inspection, putaway actions, and material issues in support of all production teams.
• Provide assistance to Harbinger employees when preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments that are processed through the appropriate Shipment Request form.
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving and Production Control teams with clearing out dunnage and removing empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Who You Are

• Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word systems excel and other systems for work instructions creation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

• This role is assigned to Shift 2 / standard hours (4:00pm - 12:30am)

California Pay Range

$25 - $32 USD
