RYZE is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our remote operations team, overseeing reconciliation across co-manufacturers and warehouses. You will work with NetSuite transactions, from assemblies to receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory/supply chain, strong NetSuite and Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This role supports month-end closes and variance analysis.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on inventory, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or transactional accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite: assembly builds, item receipts, transfers, inventory adjustments, saved searches.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, large data files.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile inventory balances in NetSuite against third-party reports from co-manufacturers and warehouses.
• Process and validate inventory adjustments tied to production, kitting, and corrections.
• Execute assembly builds and verify BOMs used in production and kitting.
• Enter and verify item receipts, transfers, and returns for multiple locations.
• Build and maintain recurring inventory reports (on-hand, variances, aging).
• Close inventory month-end and support audit documentation.
