Harbinger Motors Inc. in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory records, and support production control.

You will help ensure accurate order fulfillment and material handling within a fast-paced facility. This role requires familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience supporting warehouse and production functions in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and identify root causes.
• Lift up to 25–50 lb and mobility in large spaces.
• Proficient in Word/Excel and work instructions systems.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound shipments: unload, stage, and categorize material.
• Support Production Control with material moves and putaway actions.
• Assist with outbound shipments and proper shipment requests.
• Help clear dunnage and maintain inbound dock cleanliness.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
