Zusammenfassung

Woof is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory data and ensure accuracy across warehouses, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs. Reporting into Supply Chain, you will own physical truth of inventory and lead cycle counts and discrepancies investigations.

The ideal candidate has Netsuite experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of implementing sustainable improvements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with root-cause skills.
• Ability to travel for on-site counts.

Aufgaben

• Own physical & operational inventory accuracy across warehouses, co-manufacturers (co-man) and 3PL partners.
• Lead on-site counts and cycle counts at co-manufacturing sites.
• Investigate variances and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain item master data and BOMs in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Product Development, and Finance on item setups and changes.
• Monitor KPIs and support ERP controls.
