Harbour Outdoor, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead company-wide inventory operations, centered in Phoenix. You will design scalable control processes and leverage NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS to optimize efficiency across locations.

The role requires enterprise inventory oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and periodic travel for physical counts at multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive inventory management experience, preferably multi-location.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS.
• Ability to design scalable inventory control processes and SOPs.
• Strong data analysis skills and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% annually for on-site counts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide inventory control policies and processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across Harbour facilities through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage and monitor inventory workflows using NetSuite and NetSuite WMS to maintain system integrity and real-time visibility.
• Partner with warehouse teams at all locations to standardize procedures and ensure best practices.
• Provide leadership and oversight for remote inventory teams; support hiring, training, and accountability.
• Analyze trends and KPIs (shrinkage, turnover, accuracy) to drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate and lead annual physical inventories, including travel to company facilities as needed.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of inventory data and processes.
• Act as subject matter expert for NetSuite WMS configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and prepare reports for audits or financial close.
