Baker Tilly’s NetSuite Solutions practice is rapidly growing. We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our NetSuite Practice within the Professional Sales Organization.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, lead engagement with Strategic Enterprise and Growth clients, and act as trusted advisor before, during, and after the sale. Collaborate with sales, solution architects, PMO and delivery teams to scope and close engagements, drive renewals, expansion, and long-term client success across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience managing IT project services sales cycles from identification through close.
• At least two years of NetSuite ecosystem experience, including license and renewal sales.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across strategic accounts.
• Strong team selling skills with cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing client success relationship after services projects are sold.
• Coordinate with project and delivery teams to keep engagements on track and aligned.
• Resolve escalations and drive renewals, expansion, and long-term retention.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support client communications and events.
• Represent Baker Tilly at client events and industry exchanges.
