Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from members, facilities, transportation providers, and health plan representatives.
• Enter ride details accurately for trip scheduling.
• Confirm member eligibility for services.
• Answer member inquiries about transportation services.
• Identify and assess additional member needs.
• Log and address member concerns or complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to handle real-time issues.
