Job summary

ReWorks Solutions, a fully remote employer, seeks an organised Dispatcher to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for patients across the United States. You will manage trip intake, assign drivers, monitor journeys, and communicate updates to facilities and families to ensure safe, on-time arrivals.

The ideal candidate has dispatch or logistics experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review transport requests in Zoho Desk and MOVI.
• Assign trips to drivers based on availability and requirements.
• Monitor active trips and provide ETA updates to facilities and drivers.
• Update trip statuses in dispatch systems and maintain notes.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalations with stakeholders.
