Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plan representatives.
• Enter ride details accurately to ensure successful trip completion.
• Confirm member eligibility for services.
• Answer member inquiries regarding transportation services.
• Identify and assess additional member needs.
• Log member concerns or complaints and route to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address real-time issues.
