Grafana Labs seeks a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region to build and lead a high-performing team of Presales SEs, aligning OSS and cloud go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

You will drive adoption, enablement, and executive sponsorship of key accounts, shaping the regional roadmap while thriving in our remote-first, globally distributed culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a remote-first high-growth team.
• Proven mentoring and people development track record.
• Open Source selling or Cloud-first go-to-market experience.
• Direct experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Experience selling monitoring and data visualization products.
• Ability to own a book of business and exceed quarterly targets.
• English fluency; a second European language preferred.
• Located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
• Balance field responsibilities with team development using servant leadership.
• Direct day-to-day planning and outcomes for the region.
• Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales leadership on programs and events.
• Executive sponsorship of key accounts in the region.
• Align product roadmap with customer feedback and regional needs.
• Maintain quarterly cadence for demonstrations, trials and POVs.
• Drive enablement and sell with channel partners locally and globally.
