Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region to build and run a high-performing team. You will partner with sales leadership to execute OSS and cloud go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer success and adoption across Grafana products through professional services, support, and enablement.

You will influence roadmaps and drive regional initiatives while managing performance and growth across your team.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in high tech leadership roles (Developer/Architect/Sales Engineer/Manager).
• Experience in fast-paced, remote-first startup environments.
• Proven mentoring and performance management experience.
• Direct experience with OSS-first or cloud-first GTM motions and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC).

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a regional presales team.
• Lead with servant leadership and balance field work with team needs.
• Partner with regional Sales leadership to drive programs and adoption.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback and field experience.
• Own quarterly team planning, actions, and outcomes for the region.
• Drive enablement and sell with channel partners (RSI/ GSI) in the region.
