SolvdUS, Inc is seeking a Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will negotiate with repair shops, handle claims via phone and email, and review CCC estimates and charges. A strong customer-service background and independent work style are essential.

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
