Job summary

SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work with body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates, handle claims, and support the claims workflow from wherever you are.

Ideal candidates have client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of auto insurance/CCC estimates. You will communicate clearly by email and phone, stay organized, and contribute to a fast-moving, startup-like culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
