Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline and activity management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10–30% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manages a diverse portfolio of early-stage to mid-market companies within the assigned regional customer segment.
• Leverages AI-driven platforms and digital tools to scale outreach and streamline lead qualification.
• Identifies and qualifies prospective clients and partners for clinical research services.
• Generates and prioritizes sales leads aligned with business development objectives.
• Maintains records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborates with marketing, BD, and sales operations to refine sales strategies.
