Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Training Manager to develop and deliver live and virtual programs that elevate selling skills and product knowledge. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure compliant, impactful training across disease states.

The role supports hybrid or remote work with travel expectations, and emphasizes scalable onboarding, content lifecycle management, and alignment with revenue priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in medical device/pharmaceutical sales, training experience required.
• Experience with modern learning technologies, including AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver live and virtual training programs (new hire, launch, advanced, ongoing).
• Elevate selling skills, product knowledge, clinical understanding, and call planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Regulatory to reflect compliant content.
• Create scalable onboarding and manage content lifecycle with updates and approvals.
• Align learning initiatives with revenue goals and cross-functional needs.
