Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Sales Training Manager to develop, deliver and manage customized client training programs. You will work directly with the National Project Director to implement objectives, strategies and execution plans, ensuring ongoing skill development of the sales force.

You will lead training strategy, materials, and workshops, including coaching in disease state, product details, and effective selling and communication techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering customized training programs for field teams.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including leadership, sales and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customized training programs for the client in collaboration with the NPD and field teams.
• Deliver training sessions and coaching to enhance disease, product, and selling/communication skills.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Medical to review and approve training content.
