Job summary

Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) is seeking a National Sales Manager ECP to lead account management and growth across the U.S. and Canada from a remote base. You will manage existing customers, expand into new accounts, and drive revenue in assigned territories.

The role requires 5+ years of sales success in packaging or related industries, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Midwest-based candidates are preferred and collaboration with VP Sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of our industry and products; candidates with industrial sector experience considered.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a strong customer service orientation.
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence.
• Ideally based in Midwest U.S. with the ability to travel.
• Technical skills in strategic and sales planning; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective sales coverage for the territory and monitor priorities for each account.
• Prepare detailed annual revenue and expense budgets and monitor performance vs. sales budget.
• Support marketing and product development with customer feedback and opportunities.
• Coordinate account services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit monthly forecasts and communicate changes promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and participate in trade shows and events.
• Travel up to 50% and travel-coordination with the Director of Sales.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
