Job summary

IPG is seeking a National Sales Manager ECP to lead and expand relationships across existing and new accounts in the U.S. and Canada. The role is remote with travel up to 50%, reporting to the VP of Sales ECP, and requires a strong track record in sales and customer collaboration.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in sales, knowledge of the packaging/industrial sector, and the ability to work independently while driving cross-functional outcomes. Post-secondary education preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and products; experience in industrial sectors is a plus.
• Post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective sales coverage for the territory and update account priorities.
• Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets and monitor performance versus sales budget.
• Coordinate field activities with the Director of Sales.
• Penetrate and develop market segments within the region.
• Travel up to 50% and support customer events and trade shows.
