Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships while expanding business in current and new accounts.
• Ensure effective territory sales coverage and monitor account objectives.
• Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets and monitor performance.
• Provide feedback to marketing/product development on customer needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate account programs with customer service, credit, warehousing, scheduling and shipping.
• Submit monthly forecasts and communicate changes promptly.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to coordinate field activities.
• Target high-volume end users and run product trials.
• Build relationships and support events and trade shows; travel up to 50%.
