Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a National Account Manager, Retail to oversee National Hardware sales within the Retail Channel (Lowe's & New Retail). You will manage a portfolio, forecast effectively, plan promotions, and drive business development across the Americas Residential segment.

The role requires 3-5+ years in consumer-products sales, plus 2+ years with Lowe's or similar accounts, and strong P&L management, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in sales within consumer products.
• Experience managing Lowe's or Retail accounts strongly recommended.
• Proven ability to own and manage P&L for a key customer or category.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the total sales and profit performance of the Hardware subgroup within the Retail Channel.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic growth plans to increase sales and category share.
• Identify white space opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand product portfolios.
