ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a National Account Manager, Retail to oversee National Hardware sales within the Retail Channel (Menards & New Retail). You will manage a portfolio, forecast, and drive growth across the Americas Residential segment, leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires building relationships with retailers, developing growth strategies, and delivering revenue targets while traveling 20-40% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer products.
• Experience managing Menards or Retail accounts preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive total sales and profit performance of Retail Hardware within the channel.
• Develop and execute growth plans to increase sales, category share, and omnichannel presence.
• Identify white space opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand portfolios.
• Build retailer-specific growth plans aligned with priorities to drive revenue.
• Lead omnichannel promotional plans and in-store execution with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with forecasting and supply chain for demand planning and inventory.
