Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in the United States seeks a National Account Manager for Electronics in the Independent Retail channel. You will oversee the electronic product portfolio, forecast, plan promotions, and drive business development across the Americas Residential segment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior relationships with Co-op Merchants and Supply Chain, and travel 20–40% domestically and internationally as needed to meet targets and expand distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive sales experience in consumer products.
• 2+ years of direct Retail account management experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a P&L for a key customer or category.
• Proven success in developing growth strategies, promotional plans, and pricing structures in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive total sales and profit performance of the Electronic subgroup within the Independent Retail Channel.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic growth plans to increase sales, category share, and omnichannel presence.
• Identify white space opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand Electronic product portfolios in-store and online.
• Identify and develop new retail business opportunities to expand distribution and grow Electronic sales.
• Build retailer-specific growth plans aligning customer priorities with internal capabilities.
• Lead development and implementation of omnichannel promotional plans and in-store execution.
