Ryder System, Inc. seeks a National Rental Customer Development Manager to lead a national book of top rental accounts, focusing on retention and growth and building strong relationships across all levels.

This remote role with 60–75% travel offers a base pay of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions, benefits, a 401(k) employer match, and a RyderShares discount. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales success in fleet leasing or account management.

Formación

• Five+ years of sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience in rental or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grows wallet share and revenue within assigned accounts.
• Develops sales plans and communication plans for each account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds relationships at all levels.
• Attends customer events and trade shows and conducts annual business reviews.
• Analyzes profitability and competitive influences within each account.
• Partners with Rental Account Managers to help them grow.
