Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Management Liability as underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep knowledge of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Proven consultative and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA's Management Liability strategy to differentiate in the market.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions to identify optimal client solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on applicable management liability coverages to clients and producers.
• Deliver coverage analysis, form comparisons, RFP support, and proposal development.
• Design risk management solutions to enhance client outcomes and IOA's market position.
• Partner with Data team on benchmarking tools and analytics for decision-making.
• Oversee Management Liability content across digital and print channels.
• Support business development opportunities with technical expertise and guidance.
• Represent IOA as a subject matter expert in client meetings and advisory sessions.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, carriers, and internal departments for service excellence.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends impacting management liability programs.
• Identify best practices and process improvements to scale the practice.
• Maintain high-level management liability knowledge for internal guidance.
• Invest in ongoing professional development and industry expertise.
• Uphold IOA values of integrity, leadership, accountability, and professionalism.
