Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader with 5–10+ years of experience to lead and execute the firm’s management liability strategy.

You will act as the national subject matter expert, collaborating with Producers and account teams to deliver innovative coverage solutions, risk management strategies, and market insights that drive client success and firm growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as underwriter, broker, or producer
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance technology platforms
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA's Management Liability practice strategy
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages
• Support coverage analysis, RFPs, and proposal development
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and leadership to deliver solutions
• Develop benchmarking tools with IOA’s Data team for analytics
• Oversee Management Liability content and thought leadership across channels
• Support sales and business development opportunities with technical expertise
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert
• Ensure service excellence and drive practice growth
