Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics.
• Experience in fleet maintenance operations and trucking logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dispatch or fleet software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from initial request to repair completion.
• Dispatch technicians and re-assign tasks to optimize KPIs.
• Monitor events, update clients, and communicate delays or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve multi-party service issues.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced dispatch team members.
• Uphold Cox Fleet service quality and customer experience standards.
