The role involves building a comprehensive national distribution strategy, strengthening existing partnerships, recruiting new distributors, and driving sales growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will manage distribution relationships, travel across the United States, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence over several years.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive sales, channel management, or business development experience in industrial markets.
Proven ability to grow sales through distributor networks and partnerships.
Experience selling technical products through independent distributors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 2–3 year national distribution growth strategy.
Evaluate distributor network performance and coverage.
Recruit new distributors and establish selection criteria and KPIs.
Drive distributor revenue growth and product penetration with training and support.
Collaborate with leadership on commercial growth initiatives.
