Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a National Distribution Manager to lead the growth of its U.S. distributor network.

The role focuses on developing a comprehensive national distribution strategy, strengthening relationships with current partners, and recruiting new distributors across the United States. The ideal candidate will drive market expansion, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with national and regional distributors in hydraulic components and related markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive sales or channel management in industrial markets.
Experience selling technical products through independent distributors.
Background in hydraulic components, fluid power, or related products.
Proven ability to grow sales through existing partners while developing new distributor relationships.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, nationally focused position.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution growth strategy.
Evaluate current distributor network for performance, coverage, and growth potential.
Identify underserved markets and recruit new distribution partners.
Establish distributor criteria and ongoing evaluation processes.
Develop relationships with regional and national distributors in hydraulic/fluid power markets.
Drive revenue growth with existing partners and plan joint initiatives.
Conduct distributor visits, business reviews, and performance evaluations.
Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and provide training and support.
