Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy, focusing on maintenance agreements, attachment rates, and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements and other aftermarket service opportunities.
• Serve as the national Data Center service subject matter expert, guiding operations, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Meet with senior leadership to understand market activity and customer requirements.
• Develop standardized Data Center maintenance agreement programs and scopes of work for nationwide consistency.
