Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the commercial relationship and business strategy for key catalog channel accounts in the United States, including New Britain, CT; Danbury, CT; Decorah, IA or remote work.

You will develop growth strategies, drive forecasting, review performance, and optimize product content to boost discoverability and conversions across customer platforms. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or national account management.
• Experience managing catalog or eCommerce accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial relationship and business strategy for key catalog channel accounts.
• Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders across category management, sourcing, and sales.
• Drive annual business planning, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reviews for accounts.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure product content and digital assets are optimized for discoverability and conversion.
• Support negotiations and account initiatives aligned with profitability targets.
