Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a National Business Development Executive, Value-Based Care, to join our remote team and drive major national accounts with value-based care networks and physician organizations. You will lead strategic initiatives, shape contracts, and collaborate with Health Systems to advance programs.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, focus on population health analytics, and pursue tied growth opportunities, with up to 50% travel and strong income potential through base pay plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years in strategic sales relationships in life sciences.
• 5+ years people management experience in a matrixed environment.
• 5+ years working with large-scale physician organizations in value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of national accounts and achieve revenue growth.
• Drive executive level sales with value-based care networks.
• Collaborate with Health Systems leadership to advance programs and pilots.
• Develop contract strategies with Labcorp regional teams.
• Lead national account sales implementations with leadership and physician teams.
• Act as sales resource in population analytics and value-based care programs.
• Travel within the United States up to 50%.
