Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics and support underwriting, renewals, and client decisions on a national scale. You will collaborate with Benefits teams, Producers, and clients to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience, a strong foundation in underwriting data, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics activities for IOA Benefits Group on a national scale.
• Support underwriting evaluations, renewals, and funding analyses with data-driven insights.
• Deliver client-facing insights to inform risk, trends, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits that clearly communicate findings.
