Insurance Office of America is seeking a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics on a national scale. You will collaborate with Benefits teams, producers, and clients to drive data-driven underwriting and renewal decisions, with emphasis on performance analysis and strategic program optimization.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of analytics experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics activities on a national scale for IOA Benefits Group.
• Support underwriting data interpretation, pricing, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, proposals, and business development.
• Create reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits that communicate findings clearly.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize analytics tools to improve client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
