Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop cross-sell strategies in dental and vision growth, targeting new logos and membership expansion. You will coordinate RFP management and work with a senior leadership team to drive proactive growth across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP process working with cross functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive growth strategy and process that drives membership growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support target account planning and coordinate execution of dental and vision pursuit activity including strategy development, proposal support, and finalist preparation.
• Maintain and update client-specific pipeline and strategy, and coordinate CRM entries and reporting.
• Collaborate with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects.
• Monitor industry information and competitive environment to position CVS Health’s strengths in the marketplace.
