CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop and execute cross-sell strategies in dental and vision for National Accounts. The role supports prospecting, RFP management, and strategic account planning across territories, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales.

The position is open to remote/hybrid locations in the United States and requires 5+ years in healthcare sales with strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales, account management or consulting focused on dental and vision.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing/presentation experience across finalist and capability meetings.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Active Health & Life license; may obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a proactive growth strategy and process to drive membership growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients and coordinate pursuit strategies.
• Maintain and update client-specific pipeline and strategy; support target account planning.
• Coordinate the execution of dental and vision pursuit activity including strategy development and finalist preparation.
• Support administrative requirements tied to cross-functional collaboration (CRM entry, reporting, form submissions).
