CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to lead cross-sell growth in dental and vision segments across Aetna/Caremark clients. The position supports prospecting and RFP activities across territories and may be remote or hybrid, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP process working with cross functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategies to achieve membership targets.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospects.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and contribute to target account planning.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, CRM entry, reporting, and analytics.
