Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop and execute cross-sell strategies that drive dental and vision growth across existing client bases. You will partner with internal teams and clients to win new logos and expand membership.

This role supports prospecting, RFP management, and strategic account planning across territories, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP process working with cross functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive growth strategy and process that results in membership growth and cross sell opportunities within existing clients.
• Identify and prioritise cross sell opportunities, assess the competitive environment, and define account-specific pursuit strategies.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline, support target account planning, and coordinate pursuit activity including strategy development and proposals.
• Coordinate CRM entry, reporting, and analysis of dynamics across target accounts and growth opportunities.
