Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to develop cross-sell strategies that expand membership in our dental and vision programs. This role partners with internal teams to identify opportunities, manage RFPs, and drive account plans across territories, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales or consulting, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to navigate a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales, account management or consulting focused on dental/vision insurance.
• Experience in sales/pursuit strategy.
• Client-facing/presentation experience in finalist and capability meetings.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix.
• Experience managing RFP processes with underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing.
• Active Health & Life license (may obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategy to drive membership growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate pursuit activity including strategy development, proposals, finalist prep, and client presentations.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and strategy; support target account planning.
• Handle CRM entries, reporting, and cross-functional admin tasks.
