Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager with a focus on cross-selling dental and vision, aiming to win new logos and expand membership across territories.

You will partner with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities, manage RFPs, and craft compelling proposals while maintaining pipeline visibility and delivering strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare sales, account management and/or consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Experience supporting RFP processes with underwriting, legal, actuarial and marketing.
• Active Health & Life license required or can be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proactive growth strategy to drive membership growth and cross-sell wins.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Support RFP management across territories with compliant proposals.
• Coordinate with underwriting and other teams to prepare competitive quotes.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and prepare client presentations as needed.
