• Develop a proactive growth strategy to drive membership growth.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate target account planning and pursuit activity.
• Support CRM entry, reporting and form submissions.
• Assist with RFP management across territories.
